Procedure for Submission of Application for Supply of Photo/ScanCopy(ies) of Assessed Answer Book(s):

• The Application form filled in and signed by the examinee only.
• The application shall be submitted by the examinee, along with the requisite fees, within ten days from start date of application.
• The candidate shall submit their application forms along with the requisite fees online only.

Fee :

• a. Photo/ScanCopy
•  Non-Professional course Rs.150/- per answer book & processing fee is Rs.20/-.
•  Professional course Rs.200/- per answer book & processing fee is Rs.30/-.
• b. Revaluation
•  Non-Professional course - Rs.200/- per answer book & processing fee is Rs.20/.
•  Professional course - Rs.250/- per answer book & processing fee is Rs.30/-.

REVALUATION OF ANSWER BOOK(S) OF THEORY PAPER(S)

1) Procedure for Submission of Application for Revaluation of Answer Book(s) of Theory Paper(s):

•  1) A candidate shall be eligible to apply after receipt of Photo/ScanCopy(ies) of those answer book(s).
•  2) A candidate shall submit an application along with the requisite fees, within ten days from the date of receipt of Photo/ScanCopy(ies).
•  3) The application form shall have to be filled in and signed by the candidate only.

Terms Relating to Revaluation of Answer Book(s) of Theory Paper(s):

•  1) The revaluation of the answer book(s), however, shall not be permitted in respect of scripts of Practical Examination
  / Term Work / Internal Assessment / Sessional Marks / Dissertation / Thesis / Clinical / MCQ (Multiple Choice Question
  in practical examination) /online examination/In-Sem theory examination and Viva-Voce, etc.
•  2) The fee for revaluation may be refunded, if the application is not entertained and not processed for revaluation and if
  the candidate concerned submits his request for refund.
•  3) A candidate shall note that the result of the revaluation of his/her answer-book(s) of the theory paper(s) shall be binding on him/her.
•  4) The benefit of the revaluation shall be given to a candidate if the original marks and the marks obtained after revaluation
  exceed by 5% or more of the maximum marks.

मूल्यांकन केलेल्या उत्तर पुस्तिकेच्या फोटो/स्कॅनकॉपीच्या पुरवठ्यासाठी अर्ज सादर करण्याची प्रक्रिया:

• अर्जाचा फॉर्म फक्त परीक्षार्थींनी भरलेला आणि स्वाक्षरी करणे आवश्यक आहे.
• अर्जाच्या सुरुवातीच्या तारखेपासून दहा दिवसांच्या आत, परीक्षार्थींनी आवश्यक शुल्कासह अर्ज सादर केला पाहिजे.
• उमेदवाराने त्यांचे अर्ज आवश्यक शुल्कासह फक्त ऑनलाइन सबमिट करावेत.

•  Non-Professional course 200/- प्रति उत्तर पुस्तिका आणि प्रक्रिया शुल्क रु. 20/- आहे.
•  Professional course - Rs.250/- प्रति उत्तर पुस्तिका आणि प्रक्रिया शुल्क रु.30/-आहे.

थिअरी पेपर्सच्या उत्तर पुस्तकांचे पुनर्मूल्यांकन

1) थिअरी पेपर्सच्या उत्तर पुस्तकांच्या पुनर्मूल्यांकनासाठी अर्ज सादर करण्याची प्रक्रिया:

•  1) त्या उत्तरपुस्तकांच्या फोटो/स्कॅनकॉपी मिळाल्यानंतर उमेदवार अर्ज करण्यास पात्र असेल.
•  2)फोटो/स्कॅनकॉपी मिळाल्यापासून दहा दिवसांच्या आत उमेदवाराने आवश्यक शुल्कासह अर्ज सादर करावा.
•  3) अर्ज फक्त उमेदवाराने भरावा आणि त्यावर स्वाक्षरी करावी.

थिअरी पेपर्सच्या उत्तर पुस्तकांच्या पुनर्मूल्यांकनाशी संबंधित अटी:

•  1) प्रात्यक्षिक चाचणी स्क्रिप्ट्सच्या संदर्भात उत्तरपुस्तकांचे पुनर्मूल्यांकन करण्यास अनुमती दिली जाणार नाही
  / मुदतीचे कार्य / अंतर्गत मूल्यांकन / सत्रातील गुण / प्रबंध / प्रबंध / क्लिनिकल / MCQ (व्यावहारिक परीक्षेतील एकाधिक निवड प्रश्न
  ) / ऑनलाइन परीक्षा / इन-सेम. थेअरीत परीक्षा आणि Viva-Vos इ.
•  2) जर अर्ज स्वीकारला गेला नाही आणि पुनर्मूल्यांकनासाठी प्रक्रिया केली गेली नाही आणि संबंधित उमेदवाराने परताव्याची विनंती सबमिट केल्यास, पुनर्मूल्यांकन शुल्क परत
  केले जाऊ शकते.
•  3) उमेदवाराने हे लक्षात घ्यावे की त्याच्या/तिच्या थिअरी पेपरच्या उत्तर-पुस्तकांच्या पुनर्मूल्यांकनाचा निकाल त्याच्यावर बंधनकारक असेल.
•  4) मूळ गुण आणि पुनर्मूल्यांकनानंतर मिळालेले गुण उमेदवारांना कमाल गुणांच्या ५% किंवा त्याहून अधिक गुण मिळाल्यास त्यांना
  पुनर्मूल्यांकनाचा लाभ दिला जाईल.
